To register with comm-motion you need to:

- be at least 18 years old and hold a valid full UK driver's licence
- have minimum liability insurance, a current MOT and road tax for your vehicle
- have no convictions for drink driving, manslaughter or causing death by dangerous driving
- agree to the terms and conditions detailed at the commencement of the registration form
